There is no cloud below 5000 ft → CORRECT.

The sky is clear with visibility 10 km or more → INCORRECT. CAVOK doesn't mean that the sky is clear. There may be high cloud.

There are few clouds at 5000 ft → INCORRECT. There ii not cloud reported in the METAR.

The visibility is 5000 metres in haze → INCORRECT.  No haze is reported in the METAR.
