GENERAL
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as „GTC“) govern the relationship between the company AtplQuestions. (hereinafter referred to as "Seller") and customers of the Seller (hereinafter referred to as “Buyer” or „user“). The Buyer is obliged to get acquainted with these General Terms and Conditions and agree with them before ordering any Goods from Buyer.
The GTC shall be applied to the entire atplquestions.com website, to all of the services and products (things) offered and provided by AtplQuestions (hereinafter referred to jointly as “goods”). For the avoidance of doubt, the Seller proclaims that goods shall mean for the purposes of the GTC and the contract also service or digital content supplied by the Seller to the Buyer (primarily through access to the Seller’s databases). By making the purchase of any goods, the Buyer agrees with these GTC
No personal information is provided to other parties. No financial information is in any way handled or stored by AtplQuestions.
Payment procedure is done via PayPal interface (by credit card or via your personal PayPal account).
To preserve your account on AtplQuestions, you must follow the following rules. Not respecting them would involve a deactivation of your account, or possibly a suppression of this one without notice!
Our database is only Question Bank and ALL QUESTIONS DON’T HAVE EXPLANATION! An ONLY a limited number of questions have explanations. We are trying to add them! Please be aware of this before purchasing the item!
The subscription will be activated right after the purchase is made successfully. The activation cannot be postponed except in some special cases.
Personal Data Security
The Seller recognizes the importance of protecting the Buyer’s privacy. Any registration, personal, or other information Buyer shares with the Seller is securely managed and safeguarded.
To maintain the accuracy of the Personal Data, as well as to prevent unauthorised access and ensure the correct use of Personal Data, the Seller has implemented appropriate physical, technical, and administrative measures to safeguard and secure the Personal Data we collect.
For example, the Seller uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol—an industry standard for encryption over the Internet—to protect in transmission the Personal Data collected online. All electronic Personal Data that Seller maintains is securely stored and further protected through our use of appropriate access controls.
Identification
When you join AtplQuestions you must provide us with the necessary elements for your identification. We reserve ourselves the right to ask you for any further necessary information. Registration is for a single user only.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your username or password. You are not allowed for sharing your user name and password. (we use functions for detection of password sharing).
Responsibilities
We try to provide the best service, but AtplQuestions could not be responsible for the direct and indirect damage caused by the use of our services. AtplQuestions cannot, in particular, be held responsible for the faulty operation of our services.
All of the content on AtplQuestions has been thoroughly examined and checked for errors or inaccuracies. However, mistakes can happen. Let us know if you have a doubt about information by using our [contact] menu.
Refund Policy
There is no refund policy for the products on the website. The user should be aware of that!
Registration and Login
VI.1 There are 2 types of Login, if you register with your Gmail account, you must use your Gmail account to log in to the website. You can not log in with a username and password. If you register on the website with your username and password, you will be able to log in to the website only with your username and password. Changes can not be applied
VI.2 Nickname
VI.2.1 Nickname Creation: Users are allowed to create a nickname for their account. The nickname must not contain spaces and should refrain from containing any offensive, political, or vulgar language.
VI.2.2 Nickname Modification: Once a nickname is created, it cannot be modified or changed by the user. The nickname chosen during the account creation process will remain associated with the user's account indefinitely.
VI.2.3 Modification Rights: The website reserves the right to modify or change a user's nickname if it violates the terms outlined in section 1.
VI.2.4 User Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for the selection of their nickname. Any consequences arising from the chosen nickname will be the user's responsibility.
VI.2.5 Legal Compliance: By creating a nickname, users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding online conduct and content.
VI.2.6 Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the website, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the chosen nickname.
VI.2.7 Acknowledgment: By creating a nickname, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
Limitation
VII.1 There is a restriction such as a daily 200 questions search limit by default. This limit inputs for preventing violation of this feature in order to protect AtplQuestions.
VII.2 It is strictly forbidden to copy and export questions, images of questions, comments, and question descriptions from our database to outside our database via our website, manually and/or through bots or any other automated methods. We have special software and our own infrastructure to detect such activities. Please be advised that if an account is found engaging in such activities, it will be permanently closed without prior warning, and there will be no refund for any services paid.
VII.3 Deleted tests are kept in the system for 30 days, and after this period, they are permanently erased and cannot be recovered. When a member deletes a test, they acknowledge that it cannot be restored, and they proceed accordingly.
